The Beacon Hotel and Corporate Quarters is an urban hotel located near Dupont Circle and the Metro. The on-site rooftop Beacon Sky Bar offers panoramic view of the city and attracts both locals and guests. Rich colors throughout the hotel evoke a modern vibe. A visit long over due
Everytime I go I am welcomed with open arms . This is my 4th time back the the beacon I visit family and I could ask for a better place to sleep its affordable and clean friendly enviorment .

Great Location-Great Staff
The Beacon Hotel was a very nice sized room as well as nice kitchenette area with dishwasher, refrig., freezer, sink, cooking area, and counter. Perfect for 2 -3 days. The location is great and the staff very helpful and kind to our family! We will definately recommend and return!

Very good business hotel
The Beacon Hotel was perfect for my business trip. It was an easy walk to all my meetings. I got a free room upgrade on checkin. The room was very comfortable. It is a bit of a hike to the Metro/Natl Mall, but for business purposes, I strongly recommend this hotel.

I love the beds and specially the pillows very soft and confortable, the bathroom was very nice and clean also the most importante thing the wireless internett was perfect I'm very satisfied whith everything

It took us a while to search the hotel. very good staff. Only thing I did not like is $20 vallet parking. There was plenty of parking on street and we could have park ourselve. overall a nice hotel.

One night only
We came to this hotel for a family outing to Washington DC over thanksgiving. The staff was very polite on check in, and they upgraded us to a 'junior suite' which really wasn't a suite at all, but did have a kitchenette - including a frig, little stove, sink and microwave. But the hotel lobby and hall areas were very dated, and not very well kept up. Same for the rooms. It was quiet enough, but next time I will stay in another hotel. For one night, it's fine; for 5 nights, you want a bit more luxury. The location, about 3-4 blocks from the Metro, was quite good, and it was a nice neighborhood, too.

great value and location
Beacon has the feel of a boutique hotel - small lobby and limited amenities, but rooms are clean and comfortable and the decor is fine; the junior suite was a great value and the location is excellent.

Great and reasonable
We had a fabulous time @ this hotel on our trip to DC. We were just a few blocks from the White House and a great location for some light shopping. The lobby was being remodeled when we arrived on Monday evening, but my Wednesday morning, it was all completed and looked wonderful! The rooms were large and the bed was so comfortable. We also enjoyed the free continental breakfast to start our day. The restaurant on site was nice with great decor. All and all we had no complaints I would definitely recommend the hotel to friends in the future!

Cozy hotel
The Beacon was a cozy hotel and the room had nice street views, lacked modern day conveniences like a microwave and a fridge. The single king bedroom was a bit smaller than expected. The staff were courteous. Loved the breakfast!

Attractions such as Starbucks, the Spy Musuem, and other musuems were in walking distance, not a short walk however as everything took around 30 minutes at a lesiurely pace.
