SpringHill Suites by Marriott Hartford Airport/Windsor Locks

The room was nice and clean. The staff were couteous and always there to answer our calls. The television stations were very standard however, the pool is small and the refridgerator only works for 2 hours. So every 2 hours you had to press a button to restart it. It was quiet though and I didn't have that much to complain about. I didn't try the free continental breakfast but my boyfriend said the line was quite long when he tried to get some downstairs. Also, they weren't that flexible with check-in/check-out times though and that was a huge con. And there wasn't very much to do in the surrounding areas. but all-in-all, it was nice for a brief get-away.

Easy to find, very smooth check-in. Staff very polite and efficient. Room on second floor, very clean and comfortable. Easy to control AC for comfort. Only comment was person above us had very heavy footsteps at night (after 11pm). Would definitely visit again, and will use other Marriott hotels as well.

Very nice and clean room, but the pool was murky and I got fungus in the cheese when I was trying to prepare my breakfast!!!

I was given a handicapped bath- which was a little different- but ok missing the kleenex! however otherwise they were very helpful with the parking for my car while I was away on business

I recommend these Hotel suites to anyone. I went with my girlfriends and our kids. We were there for a youth church activity. The place is really clean. The breakfast states that is continental but there is a little more than a continental breakfast. The staff was very friendly. We really enjoyed our trip and our stay in the Springhill Suites hotel. We also had many choices of restaurant minutes away from the hotel. If I need to return to Windsor Locks, CT I will definitely stay in the Springhill Suites.

Hotel was loaded with kids for a cheerleading competition but the staff placed us on the top floor and we had no excess noise. Suite is modern and very nice. It has 2 bathrooms; one with sink and stool and the other with sink and shower. Bed was very comfortable. Only complaint is very rough towels.

Springhill suits is a very quiet hotel for being so close to the airport and very clean. the best continental breakfast i ever had. It was the first time being back in CT. in 30 years with my parents and 2 brothers (were we are from) and having a nice hotel to stay in made the trip that much more enjoyable.

My friends and I wanted to find a hotel that was close to Six Flags, not expensive, and clean. This hotel was very fairly priced. The rooms were spacious, big, and newly designed. I would definitely stay here again!

The rooms are modern decor with all open shelving, no real drawers for storage. The separate toilet with sink was too small for toiletries. Plentiful soft pillows with comfortable bed. Pull out couch ok for small child. The breakfast was supposed to last till 9am, but the staff started cleaning it up at 8:30am, despite direct inquiry.

I just spent the night here after flying into town and picked up a rental car the next day. The staff made me feel like a welcome guest, not a customer. The rooms were clean and quiet. The location is cloe to the airport in a pretty town. There is no restaurant in the hotel and I only found fast food places nearby.
