Sheraton Bradley Airport Hotel

We had a very good experience. Comfortable room and friendly staff. We had family visiting and they enjoyed the pool and the pizza there was out of this world!

Having an early flight out the next morning I stayed at this hotel so I could get sleep before my flight the next morning. Apparently, also staying on the same floor as I was either a large wedding party or group. All night long up until around 4AM, all you heard was people talking, laughing and going in and out of the room across from my room. When I checked out in the morning the desk clerk asked me how my room was and when I informed him about the night all he said was "oh".

Restaurant very mediocre food and service-wise. Proximity to airport most important feature.

Costly compared to other area hotels...but, the only one actually in the terminal...so location and convience can't be beat...especially for those 0600 flights.

Staff was helpful, it was very conveniently located for me (had knee surgery)and the airport is not handicapped friendly (at least for parking)so it was a breeze getting to the gate. My wife is also a heavy packer, so the location was perfect. We only stayed one night, but wish it was a little cheaper either for parking or the actual stay. Would do it again in a minute.

Desk staff was pleasant and helpful. Room was quite clean - especially the bathroom. Starbucks coffee and pastries in the lobby were much appreciated in the morning. you just can't beat rolling out of bed, picking up your coffee, and walking straight to the departure gate!

So I had to get in late and get up very very early to catch a flight. It is very convenient, the staff is friendly and the cost is not prohibitive - worked for me

Checked in with [...], and then headed to the lounge to watch baseball (Yankees/Red Sox) and have some dinner. Carol was the terrific host/bartender. The service was far superior to the meal, but I wasn't there for the cuisine.

The staff was rude and unhelpful in an already difficult situation (a canceled flight). They would not book the room with a certain credit card and didn't help find any solutions. They made me wait 30 minutes in the lobby just "to make sure the online reservation went through". Those things go through pretty quick and it felt like their way of "getting back at me" for causing trouble checking in. There was really no other option for lodging late at night, no transportation and an extremely early flight the next morning. They have the advantage because they are onside at the airport.
