Enjoyed our stay and would definitely pick LaQuinta again. Breakfast was very tasty and enjoyable but would like to see the ... times extended just a bit longer (until 9:30 am); we arrived late the night before and had to scurry to get downstairs for breakfast, but we are glad we did.

Arrived to my room, only to find that the phone was out, the promised movies were unobtainable, and the rug stained and worn ... out. Only one overworked woman at the desk (entire staff!) for a completely full Friday night. Got another room, the phone worked, the movies still didn't (after replacing the batteries on the controller), and the rug was equally worn and stained. Gross. Bed was just fine.

Our daughter is in school @ Wesleyan in Middletown. This hotel is close to the airport, so when we leave, it only takes us ... about 30 minutes to drop off the car and get to BDL. This is our 4th time staying here and we have been pleased everytime. Clean rooms, continental breakfast, near airport, good deal.

Clean enough though not gleaming, but everything worked well. Airport shuttle ran early AM exactly on the half hour as ... scheduled. Wifi fast and hassle-free. Breakfast lacked fresh fruit, no skim milk. Staff very friendly and efficient. Saturday night smokers in parking lot were a little boisterous but not drunk and not threatening, the place felt safe. TV remote was a little flaky, but I didn't bother to complain.

First time user. Weary long trip home. Decided to use La Quinta. It was spotless and very accomodating. Great breakfast and ... very helpful staff. For me, a fitness center is highly desirable. This one lacks the fitness center. Plenty of places to eat. Would definitely stay again and would recommend the hotel, especially for an overnight stay.

Only problem was the elevstor was broken. The front desk staff hauled my large suitcase upstairs, but in the early morning I ... had to drsg it downstairs. I'm sure that it was a noisy experience for anyone in the rooms near the stairwell. On the up side, the staff was nice and the breakfast hit the spot!

I was pleasantly surprised at how well designed the interiors were, how ergonomic the spatial arrangement was, and the ... location to various convenient restaurants--not to mention the airport if I'd needed it. Staff were quite pleasant and helpful, and I'd recommend this particular La Quinta to anyone who needed to stay in Massachusetts.
