Shuttle wasted over an hour
Someone else had written a review complaining about the shuttle, and I wrote it off. Here's the deal - this hotel hires an outside company to run the Shuttle - that outside company operates parking lots and other things, and so they can take forever. The first three shuttle were filled - I stood outside for over an hour - really could have used the time for a pressing business project. Told the hotel - they were like, okay, that happens sometimes. They need to tell people that their shuttle is very sporadic - would have picked a different hotel if I had know this - there are dozens in the area, and some have their own driver. The rest of the hotel is standard for the price - pretty average.

Great value, excellent hotel & staff
We have absolutely no complaints about this hotel. The rooms were spacious & very clean. The staff was so friendly & helpful. There is excellent shopping (Buckland Hills)& restaurants close by. We highly recommend it!

Frequent Hartford travelor
Services promised not delivered
I have stayed at this location before, not the best price but very clean and had great service. This trip not the same. I checked in and went to return my rental car, desk manager gave me card with number to call for transport back to hotel. I called for ride and waited over 25 minutes, the service manager at Alamo finally got one of his drivers to take me to hotel. I asked the desk manager why shuttle did not arrive and was told they did not know. Had a wake up call for early flight, telephone systems were down, I was told, and someone knocked on my door but it was late and I just had time for quick shower and out. I enjoy taking my time, having a cup of coffee. May not seem like much to some but when traveling by air everything has to be correct and I plan ahead so I am not rushed or start my day with stress.
