HillsPoint Hotel & Conferences

This hotel was more than I expected. The price was great, the rooms were clean, bed comfortable and it was quiet. I didn't use the pool, but it looked nice-good size, clean. I think they should have plants or curtains or painted windows from the floor up half way so you don't feel you're on display from the lobby/lounge area. The breakfast that is included in the rate was fabulous - it had everything you wanted and more. I would definitely stay there again and recommend it.

The hotel was still undergoing construction, so won't be too critical. The pool was nice. The lobby was grand even if the front door looked banged up. Parking was a ways away from the room. Staff was a bit overworked. Overall, good place for the price.

The staff was magnificent. Everyone you saw greeted you with a big Hello and ask if they could help. The free continental breakfast was filling and great for a family. The hotel was being upgraded so I am sure the rooms will only get better, very average at this time. Had a nice lobby, indoor pool, and small business station

We were very pleased with our stay. The staff was helpful. The rooms were clean and large. It is in a great location.

Stayed there one night was good value for the price, close to the airport, breakfast was ok and the staff was friendly. I would stay there again

Checked in late after 11:30pm....We were very tired after an exhausting long travelling day....place was empty..given a room on the second floor far end of the building and had no clue that we needed to huff it up the stairs after an 8 hour flight. Was offered no assistance at all with our baggage. Room was musty and decor was poor. Maintenance was non-exhistent by the condition of the room. Paint was stained,blinds falling down, old tube type television, waded in ankle deep water while showering ! worst of all the Coffee from prior guest left in coffee pot. (Gross)......felt sorry for the staff....strange feel about the place.

I was very pleased with the cleanelness of the motel. The desk staff were very helpful. The eavening desk clerk printed out a map from the motel to my destination. Thank You Very Much Bert D. Gibson SSG US Army

Rooms are comfortable, clean, well stocked (towels, toiletries, etc.) Beds and pillows were comforable. All lights worked. The tub drained fairly slowly while running water from spout to heat water for shower, but drained very quickly when shower was turned on (couldn't quite figure that out, but was pleased not to have standing water). Continental breakfast was adequate (another protein addition would be appreciated, maybe hardboiled eggs). Staff was very pleasant and accommodating (especially when asked to change room because of noisy neighbor). Have stayed here before and will stay again!

I really like this place even though I considered it average. I came in around 11am after a 12 hour road trip, and the staff realized I was very tired and allowed me to check-in early.

We stayed here because we were flying out the next morning. The entire hotel was shabby at best. The lobby was fair. It kind of looked like they painted over a dump to bring it up to o.k. My 7 year old daughter said it best when walking up the stair well " this place is creepy". The doors were scuffed up almost every where but the lobby. The room was dingy, but not dirty. The shower wouldn't drain as fast as it filled. The patio door wouldn't lock. The best part was the pool. It was redone recently and was nice, though quite cold.
