Check in was great! Friendly staff and warm cookie! lobby looked great! Getting to the room we found items in room broken and carpet stained. Went down to restaurant for dinner with and have mixed reviews between 4 adults the food is mediocre. Service started out ok and ended horrible. The pool was not warm enough for an indoor pool and you have to pass by conference rooms to access it which I thought was strange. Lobby bathrooms were a mess and when you have to go to desk for paper towels the front desk staff was abrupt and didn't seem concerned. Check out was done by night audit and a simple good bye was given upon leaving. I spent over $500 in two day stay just at this hotel and don't think I got a fair shake. Not happy. Hilton step it up!!

Scooters restaurant down the street is horrible. Dirty the staff doesn't take orders you have to order and pay cash only and the counter. fountian soda out of pepsi machine with a paper cup! DON'T GO I WARN YOU!!

The location was perfect, overall it was clean and quiet. The staff was friendly and attentive. Just wish we had a bigger bed

Nice hotel, but extremely noisy rooms
The hotel was recently renovated which was nice. Our major problem was that the walls were paper thin. We could literally hear word for word peoples conversations in adjacent rooms. They weren't speaking loudly/etc, but it sounded like they were sitting in our room. There is a restaurant in the hotel itself, which has very nice service staff, but the food is a bit over priced and not very good.

If you are in the mood for non-fast food, and some shopping it's worth the drive to Promenade Shops at Evergreen Walk. It's about 25 mins away, but almost all the food in/around the hotel is fast food.

Great Trip!
The staff that i had at the front desk was very friendly, polite and welcoming as i checked in, the free cookie that they give you helped! Elevators aren't far from the front desk. Room was very nice as well as clean. Couldn't hear the planes going overhead at all.

There are many restaurants on route 75 near the hotel. Know that if you stay in Windsor Locks you won't have to go far to get a good meal.

Food service mess
Good hotel, I would recommend it, but... It is NOT welcoming to arrive at you new room with old food at the foot of your entrance. It's even worse to go out that night and find the same food. And, even worse to see it still there the next morning. I guess hotels are cutting down on employees to weather the economic storm, but if you can bring the food to the room, how about removing it???
