Bradley Hotel

Attendant was excellent. General impression of premises was on the unkempt side and not very clean. Room was large enough and beds were good. But room was "smokey". Bathroom was nice. One light had no bulb. Rate was excellent, so I guess you get what you pay for.

I was somewhat disappointed -- in description it said it was 1 mile from the airport where in fact it was 5-6 miles - there was no shuttle service, I had to pay for my taxi. The hotel itself felt a bit neglected and old even though it was clean. Bare minimum for breakfast. I cam in quite late - 1am - the receptionist was not warm and friendly. Originally I was assigned to the second floor, however it turned out there was no elevator and no one to help me with heavy luggage. I most likely would choose that hotel again.

Excluding doors, room was nice. But front door (on hall) had gap at top, and back door (sliding onto grassy area) locked by wood bar in track-- lock on door did not work. Front desk help was nice (especially helping on restaurant location), but few people staying in this large, old motel and significant reconstruction underway combined with doors to make us a little nervous.

The front desk clerk on October 14, 2011 was not friendly or helpful. She acted as if she was ready to retire. The hotel is too big. No good security. Guests were smoking from their rooms, and it was very noisy at night. People were making so much noise. In the morning, we realized the hotel was very dirty with dog's stool outside the windows. It was a rental place for some people. I wouldn't go back here again. The continetal breakfast was not suitable. No one was emptying the trash. Yet, the clerk and staffs were talking at front desk. This hotel won't last long the way it is going. It is too big! No security! The back door lock was broken!

I arrived early and I was able to check in. I mentioned I wanted internet access and they gave me a room with great access. After check in they insured everything was ok. Check out was just as easy.

Not the greatest hotel but pretty clean and friendly staff. Worth the money for the stay.

The room was really cheap, but as a result, we had to make a ton of sacrifices! The shower curtian was moldy; the housekkeping staff did not clean our room; and the front desk staff did not know how to check us out when we left! I requested a full refund for all of the trouble. On the bright side; the hotel was quiet; the rooms were big; and there was plenty of parking!

It was nice, but it was nothing special. Right near highway and easy access to six flags or the basketball hall of fame. Nice place to stay for the night, but don't make a vacation out of it.

Arrived at hotel at 9pm, hungry and thirsty. The lounge on site was not open and I was told may never open. There is nothing in the nearby vicinity - and I mean nothing! For being only 2 miles from the airport I really thought there would be someplace for me to go eat! The hotel had been recently remodeled, however, there were no fans in the bathroom, nice new granite counter-top, however I see mold being an issue down the line. No elevators- it is only 2 floors, but not so nice if you have a lot of luggage. The hallways are oddly set up and I don't think I came and went from my room the same way twice. Very easy to get lost. The staff was the saving grace of the place, they get 4 stars. Very friendly and helpful. It was fine for a nights stay. They do charge $16 for a ride to the airport.

The hotel was under construction. The pictures they showed online were not accurate at all. They didn't clean the room and locked us out the second night. Terrible!
