Under Construction?
The hotel was under rennovation at the time we visited so it was unclear where to locate everything from parking, to front desk, to the elevators and the restaurant. We had a newly rennovated room with private balcony that made up for the confusion.

It was a short overnight stay, but the staff was delightful. The breakfast was fantastic. All of the food was hot and tasty. The room was incredibly clean and quite possibly the quietest hotel I have ever visited. There was no time to visit the pool or fitness center, so I cannot comment on those aspects. The bed was comfortable. The shower was actually hot and had great water pressure.

Convenient location. A quiet stay.
I appreciated the small hotel feel of the lobby. Wasn't too big or intimidating as if it was like a bed and breakfast. Although the hotel itself is medium sized. I chose this hotel because I was traveling by rental car to Litchfield the next day. It's located away from the airport and away from Hartford so it made the early morning commute perfect.

Nice Rooms - Adequate Service
The rooms and location of the Hotel worked well for me, but the staff seemed quite busy and just small things like answering phones when talking to customers in person. Overall a good place to stay. The hotel also has a nice restaurant, I didn't end up going for dinner but it looked quite nice. And the breakfast, although not free, was very good.

great place to stay reasonable rate nice,clean rooms with microwave&refrigerator.pool was nice ,warm,clean.hot tube is a good sise.night staff was great frendly helpfull.could not say the same for day staff.over all very nice will use agin.

Good Deal
I spent one night with my wife and doughter, the service was fine, the rooms had a lot of space and it was very clean and quiet, I would recommend this hotel to anyone.
