Great place to stay, super location, friendly staff, clean rooms. The heat didn't work when I first arrived but the ... technician came and had it fixed within 15 minutes. I didn't agree with having to pay to park (12.00 per day), but other than that, I would definately stay again.

I was there for a convention. I found the room small but filled with wonderful amenities such as very comfortable beds, ... hidden refrig, wonderful shower, easy chair and a roomy desk.

Hotel was very lovely, restaurant and bar was nice, had a problem on Friday, left my room early in the morning and came back ... at 2:30 to get ready for a wedding that I came to town to attend.. my room was never cleaned and I had to leave by 4 for the wedding. I had to wait in the lobby for housekeeping to clean my room and give me clean towels so I could take a shower. I was late for the wedding ceremony.

Very Nice, but one disappointing charge

Hotel was clean and friendly. Beds were nice. Walk-in rainshower in bathroom. Food and drinks very overpriced at the ... restaurant. VERY DISAPPOINTED that we were charged $12.00 per night to park. This added on to our daily rate - we thought we were getting an all inclusive rate.

I love where the hotel is located. My room was very nice and quiet. No noise in the hallway. The hotel staff was quite ... friendly and helpful whenever they were asked a question. I love the entrance when coming into the hotel. There were beautiful restaurants within walking distance, also a shopping mall. This hotel does not even compare to other places that I have stayed in the New York City area. The only thing I hated was the fact that I had to pay for parking.

Our plans had changed due to business plans changing. I was the only preson out of a group of people that could not get a ... refund because I made my reservations through Orbitz. I will never do that again.

My only dissatisfaction with the place is, I ordered breakfast to be sent up to the room between the time frame of 6 - ... 6:15am. I had ordered via the card that's left in the room for the guest to fill out and then hang on the door to be picked up. The hotel's policy is that if they do not have your breakfast to you in that alloted timeframe, then breakfast was free. My breakfast arrived at 6:20am. I needed my breakfast early because I had to be in a conference from 7am - 5:30pm. I wanted time to slowly eat a big breakfast and to digest it, and not feel rushed. The hotel's own restaurant didn't open until 6:30am, which was too late for me, and hence the reason I ordered room service. There was no apology from anyone in the hotel staff, nor did they leave me another card for the following morning. I did not have to pay for the breakfast, but a simple apology would have been nice and I would not have had a problem paying for my food, but they never gave me the opportunity.
