Perfect could not have asked for better hotel for the price

The staff was friendly and helpful. The shuttle was broken down, Tes Marie, at the desk, called a taxi for me to go to the railway station, when it didn't come she took me herself to the station, told me where to go and waited until I got into the terminal. The breakfast buffet was great, different hot breakfast each day. The hotel was clean, the room and bathroom spacious. Contained a refrigerator and a microwave. It was above my expectation. We stayed at Hampton Inn in Seattle, WA last year and liked it but this one was better.

Dining tip: Short drive from hotel

Go to Peliccis Italian Restaurant, Stillwater Ave, Stamford, CT. Been there since 1947 and still as good as I remember it in the 1960's. Couldn't believe it was still there.

Bed bugs

The hotel was nice, however the bed bug bites were horrible. The hotel staff did nothing and was not accomodating until I pushed.

OK... not the best

It could have been alot better ... the location was terrible and the non of the rooms were smoke free.. it was an okay stay which could have been better
