The hotel has been redone and it was nice. It does have internet access, for a fee, but was not mention on this website. The location was fantastic. Walking distance to Denny's and short distance from the interstate and many shopping outlets. The staff was great and made check in good.

For the price it was right
This hotel for the price is okay. You can walk to the Dennis in front of it and everything (liquor store) is close. The only bad thing was the receptionist was not so pleasant and was inside the bathroom 2x being loud on her cell phone when I went to ask general questions. I ll stay there again .

Too many "extended stay" transients
Early arrival and front desk did accomodate hence the staff upgrade. Lots of late night and early morning activity between rooms and in courtyards with uncomfortable behavior. Heavy transient appearing renters who act suspiciously. Room very stark with holes in carpet and musty odor. Bath had non-skid mat pulled off without cleaning residue, TV operational but very bad picture.

You Get What You Pay For!
For the price I paid, it did not include maid service. I had to clean my own sheets and towels and remove my garbage.

Easy Access
Other that the toilet constantly running in an adjacent room, the overall experience was good. After a call to the desk and an hour wait, the problem was resolved.

Other than a Denny's in a joining parking lot, there were several nice restraunts within a few minutes of the hotel.

Pretty darn good for the money.
Much nicer than I had imagined. Didn't know that they had renovated until my return. It really was a great deal. Upon checking in, desk person found a mistake on my reservation and quickly got me a better price! A little debris (leaves/sticks) in front of the window but other than that a perfect place to crash for a super price.

the tolerable
we arrived late, we went to connecticut to visit a friend for the night, we stayed at the Motel 6 in southington,ct when we got there my check in was rudely interrupted by a drunk that want a bigger ice bucket we were directed to our room with wrong directions that had us going up and down stairs with bags, a porta crib, and a 2 yr old. the room felt like sleeping in a closet there was no shampoo or conditioner and no iron. while staying there my 2 yr old found a condom wrapper near the bed. so not what you want to find with a little kid. need to clean their rooms better.

if your looking for a place on short notice thats not alot of money then i would recommend here but if not spend a little more time planning out your trip. read reviews will be well worth it in the end
