Got What We Paid For.
We wanted to stay at a decent motel not too distant from the casino and at a reasonable price. Well, the price was reasonable and the motel was within a short distance of the casino but how decent was the place we stayed??? Not very, I'm afraid. The building that the room was in was a different structure from where one had to check in. We found out about the this the hard way by driving to the room first and then finding that the entrance door was locked, had to double back to the other building where the check in lobby was located (not well marked). We were given "programmed" keys and the first time around couldn't get the door in the other building to open. Back to the lobby again to get someone to go back over to the other place to get the key to work. The room was supposed to be Non-Smoking but we found lots of burn marks and the heavily fragrant deodorant spray the staff used to mask the residual smoke odor didn't do the trick. We were too tired to complain so we put up with it. The next morning I discovered that the filter for the room's heating/cooling system was CAKED with dirt and grime. It didn't look like it had been touched in a very long time. PROS: Heated indoor pool and Jacuzzi, Room Size CONS: Everything else. Needless to say, we will look for some other place to stay the next time we visit the area.

The Rosemont suites is a part from the Courtyard Marriot . After the 1st night we switched to the Marriot . The more costly price of the Marriot was worth getting out of the Rosemont Suites. Firstly the rug was so filthy they need to tear it out and replace it with new rugs. I came home with fleas!!!! I HAVE 7 FLEA BITES! The toilette in the bathroom never stopped making noise. The tank never filled up so it kept running . The refrigerator didn't have any shelves in it and we called the front desk ( of the Mariot) and they said they bring them, but they never did. btw the amenities were ok because you use the Marriot's pool and exercise room .

A great time!
We stayed here to save a few bucks and it was only a 10 minute ride from Mohegan Sun! A great value! More money to gamble with!
