Comfort and convenience close to historic South Norwalk
The Four Points by Sheraton Norwalk is in the Norwalk business district, a few minutes from the historic South Norwalk development. New York City is an hour train ride away. It is close to corporate offices and a wide range of recreational activities including museums, theaters, shopping and restaurants. There is nearby golf, tennis, beaches, an aquarium and zoo. Four Points by Sheraton Norwalk guests work out at the fitness center and relax at the renovated restaurant and lounge, or in the comfort of their Colonial-style rooms with room service.

Double Charged... Not Welcome

Horrible. We paid for the hotel when booking via [...], then upon check-in a rude clerk insisted we needed to pay yet again. When we showed our [...]receipt and insisted that they were incorrect they refused to acknowledge the facts/situation. We were declined entry to the hotel.

Nice place

We had just returned from Europe and were exhausted. This room was like a sanctuary and we slept like babies. Decided to stay a second night. It was a very nice place to call home for a couple of days.

Nice place

Great location off of route 7, in the business district. Minimal traffic noise. Nice restaurant downstairs, pricey but the quality and portion size was good. There are some places to eat in the shopping plaza next door so you don't have to drive anywhere. The room was nicely decorated and clean. Would recommend.

EXCELLENT AMENITIES, REASONABLE PRICE !!

LARGE, SPACIOUS ROOM. WELL EQUIPPED AND VERY CLEAN. VERY QUIET AND CLEAN FACILITY, WELL LIGHTED, EASY, CONVENIENT LOCATION. WE'RE REPEAT GUESTS AND WILL STAY AT FOUR POINTS AGAIN. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!!

Great place"for one night"

Good place to stay, clean and friendly. Great place for a night or two when you dont have many other choices.

In and Out

Hardly spent any time there, so didn't get to check out the amenities, food service, etc. Just needed a place to sleep. Room was very clean and neat. Staff was quick and efficient for check in and out. Could have wished for complimentary breakfast. Only negative was a card key that often took a few tries to work.

Comfy Bed, Good Lighting

I used it as an overnight stay. It was very comfortable. The breakfast at $10 was more limited than many I have had included in the room rate.
