Not good; not bad
Stayed just the one night and that was enough. The price was good and the room was clean. It was a little hard to find at night and the front desk guy could have been more helpful. So long story short, this is a good place if you are just passing through, but if staying for more than a night, I would recommend alternate accommodations.

It wasn't fancy but the room was clean and comfortable and the location was excellent. The continental breakfast was more than adequate and the staff was nice. We could have used a few extra towels but other than that, we would definitely stay there again.

"Very pleasant experience"
The place is wonderful,staff is attentive and courteous. Things get taken care of before you hang up.Free Continental Hot breakfast is outstanding.Rooms are very larger then any other Motel/Hotel.Clean rooms,clean badsheets,flat pillow,We have stayed at this hotel the last two times to the area.we would highly recommend it. Everything was wonderfull.

"friendly, cleanest hotel in the area"
My wife and I have been traveling to the keys for years. This is my first stay at the Econo Lodge in Norwalk. I must say that this was by far the cleanest property I have been to. Even in better shape than a marriot I stayed at in Key Largo. The Staff were nice enough, and the frontdesk was friendly. I also liked the location, about 40 miles to Newyork. There is a Wholefood, and nice restaurabts in the area.Rooms are very large9 Rooms are 2.5 to 3 times larger then a normal 2star or 3 star Motel/Hotel. I would definately recommend the hotel if your traveling NEWYORK.

Bare necessities excellently done
OK, so it's an outdoor entry motel. Still, it was clean, had a fridge, microwave, safe, AND a good strong internet signal that didn't fade out on me. The furnishings were recent, no thread bare carpets and such. A very pleasant experience at a you-can't-beat-it price

Good accommodations, fair breakfast
The room was nice and clean. The staff was not particularly friendly or accommodating. Coffee was not ready at 7 AM. First waffle had a peculiar brown layer on it. Thee were no cereabowls for two days.
