Very freindly staff and a wonderful hot breakfest, free, every morning with a smile. The waite staff and front desk personel ... were very friendly and helpful with directions to everywhere we inquired. The rooms were large and spacious and very clean. Just a spall problem with parking but they managed to find us a place within the hotel area

We took a ferry to Block Island RI which departed from from New London CT. Wonderful place, great food, recreation, beaches everywhere and shipping.

It was fun to see people in the lobby gathered around the TV for a Red Sox-Yankees game. Enjoyed hot tub. Our dog liked ... greeting everyone on the paths around the hotel. We all liked the spaciousness and quiet of our room.

We were in the New Haven area to run a 5k race. We loved the suite style of the room. Plenty of space to stretch out and not ... feel limited to the bed only. The shuttle service to New Haven was very convenient. It was also nice not to have to worry about finding breakfast in the morning, it was all included! Would definitely recommend this place to groups of family and friends traveling to the area.

We traveled for our son's graduation. The room with the kitchenet was a surprise. Room and bathroom were very clean. Our ... only dislike was that the mattress and pillows need to be replaced for firmer ones. The free breakfast was pretty good. REAL eggs!

I have stayed at this hotel a couple of times and usually stay there during my visits to New Haven. The rooms are very ... comfortable and the price of the room matches the quality of the accommodations. IKEA is nearby for shopping, and there are a number of nice restaurants in the area as well.

Cleanliness or Lack Thereof

The general layout of the room was comfortable. The cleanliness of the room was severely lacking. I could not walk across ... the floor barefoot with out having to wash my feet. I mean this quite literally. I had to wear shoes when going ANYwhere in the room. There was mold in the room which caused me to get very sick and I've lost a week of work due to sickness. Most disappointing.
