Double Flyaway
Convenient, comfortable, reasonably priced
Very nice and modern rooms. We've stayed here twice and would certainly return. The hotel feels more upscale than the price would indicate. The down sides are that there is no pool (though I have no idea if the other hotels in this area have them) and the charge for breakfast. I have no issue with paying for breakfast at a real restaurant, but I feel like this buffet, while perfectly satisfactory, is the equivalent of the free buffet you would get at some other hotels.

Nice newly renovated place
nice hotel in New Haven that has been newly renovated. The room was first class and staff was personable. The only knock on this place is that it is in a slightly trashy part of town. That wasn't that big a deal but it was noisy on saturday night on the second floor

great in-town stay in new haven
better than we had hoped! very comfortable beds, well-appointed room with desk and comfortable chair, huge TV, large bathroom, etc. Never tried the restaurant however. Delightful place, very convenient location! we came to new haven for a family wedding.

Green Mom
a nice hotel
A convinient place to stay if you visit Yale University. The bedding is too heavy for summer. You have to turn the AC very low which is not comfortable and waste of energy.
