A Great Place To Stay

Really glad we went here, the area is a little sketchy but I have seen way worse before. Had to travel a little out of the ... way for good food in the area. Mostly stayed in and watched food network until it was time for the reason we went to CT in the first place to happen mostly due to weather. Overall this place was clean, the beds were huge, the price was perfect.

There is only one restaurant nearby worth dining at. It's on Main St. across from the South Church in the old Andrews Building and less than a 10 minute walk from the hotel.

I use the hotel's free wifi, which satisfy my needs. The lobby was a little bit smelly(probaly over use of some cleaning ... chemicals). The morning breakfast was pretty good. They had choice of different type of muffins and donuts, boiled eggs, fruits, yogurts, juice, coffee and some other varieties.

Not the greatest area of town but at least the hotel was right next to a police station. Parking is terrible at the hotel, ... especially late at night. There is no hotel restaurant as was advertised on the hotel's website. Overall though the hotel was clean and decent and the room was nice so the value is very good.

This hotel is actually the only one you can stay at in New Britain. It is very convenient to downtown and all highways. Room ... 121, where we stayed, has a king-size bed, microwave, small fridge. coffeemaker, iron and ironing board and a good size TV. Having been born and raised in New Britain and having watched its decline over the past 4 decades, we were pleasantly surprised to find this hotel up-to-date and a good place to retire to at the end of the day.

the hotel room was a great size and it was very clean.i enjoyed the break.fast in the morning.it was close to where we were ... headed which was lake compounce,it was 10 min. away and there were stores nearby to get little needed items like toothpaste,shampoo,etc

Down Town resturant etc, Iwas suprised of the size fo the large bed rooms, Overall ... inside and outside was very clean, aducate parking, Ideal for business and family members to stay, SPECIAL NOTE I LIKE THE DESIGNED OF THE BATH ROOM ,ALSO CLEAN WHITE TOWELS,FOR THE SIZE OF THE HOTEL ADUCATE AMENITIES PROVIDED WAS EXCELLENT, The staff and management display a friendly apporach; To check in an check out was quick, I did not experience an problem , and looking forward to stay at the La Quinta Inn & Suites in the feature

There was greetings when you come in. It was very easy getting to my room. Everything was quite accessable. It was pretty ... quiet for the most part. Cable was clear and a great size. We were very satisfied with our stay. Except the waffle iron wasn't working right at breakfast. The area you walk into in the front is very homely decorated with comfy chairs. Also, the staff was pleasant.

I found the staff to be very accomodating to requests. I arrived later than expected, but they treated me as if I was the ... first new customer. The room had all the little touches a business person has come to expect these days. Iron, ironing board, coffee and a good internet connection. On this trip I opted not to bring my computer along, but the hotel had one available in the lobby to check emails. The continental breakfast was excellent with plenty of variety.
