Weekend Trip
I arrived late on a Friday - I was participating in an American Cancer Society Relay for Life in Milford that weekend... it took 5 mins to check in - the room was clean and the bed was comfortable. It's in a quiet area so you are not awaken by outside noises... The only thing I would have liked more of are TV stations to choose from - being an insomniac there wasn't much to view during the night except news stations which are what contribute to my insomnia

Stayed during thanksgiving. All staff were exceptionally cordial and accomodating. Great for children and elderly grandparents. Clean facilities with a decent breakfast...not to mention a 24 hr weightroom. Overall a good deal with clean facilities and very friendly staff.

Reasonably Nice
Overall, a fine place for our needs. We were roadtripping through New England, and mostly wanted clean, comfortable rooms, prefer wireless internet access. This hotel provided all of that. A wee bit understaffed the night we visited, making check-in fairly slow, but everything else was fine.

Wedding travelers
Great Breakfast! Clean comfortable rooms
We were traveling to Long Island for a wedding shower and need a place to rest half way before getting on the road again in the morning. SUPER easy on/off Rt 95 so not to waste any time. Check in was quick and easy. Rooms were REALLY nice and the beds were very comfortable! We were looking for a safe reasonably priced hotel...there were cheaper options close by but all the reviews we read raved about the breakfast buffet so we decided to pay the extra 10-15$ so that we could have breakfast included. SO worth it!!! Belgian waffles, egg/cheese/bacon biscuits, cereal, oatmeal, fresh fruit, donuts, bagels, coffee and juice..and more! They did a great job keeping it stocked up and the check out time of 12 noon was great for the tired traveler hoping to sleep in a bit more. Rooms were quiet and service was great. We would highly recommend this hotel to anyone.

The Breakfast was an excellent perk to the cost of this hotel. Worth it! What we got would have cost us $30 if we went to the local Diner or likewise...not all hotels have breakfast buffets but when they do...it is so worth the few extra dollars you might pay up front!

Half and Half
We visited lots of family and friends. Took ferry to Long Island - that was fun! Overall we liked the location, the room was clean but somewhat small. Had problems hooking up to the internet. Vent in bathroom didn't work and room was next to outside door and vending, very noisy, lots of banging when the door closed, people talking, just not a good located room! Breakfast was very good as well as the coffee! Would stay there again, but in a different room. Access to highway is excellent. Staff was friendly.

Milford Fairfield Inn
Second stay at this location. I think I may have even gotten the same room. The front desk clerk was difficult to understand (thick accent) but that was the only problem I encountered, and it wasn't really even a problem. The breakfast was excellent, and the place was spotless throughout. Totally recommend!

Short drive from hotel
If you leave the parking lot and take a left, there are plenty of restaurants and businesses. You'd never know they are there due to the way the road winds around the corner by the hotel. I-95 is to your right. If you go north on the freeway, there is a huge mall and every food establishment imaginable a few exits away.

A pleasant enough stay
I stayed here for a business trip so I didn't do much other than sleep and eat the cereal an yogurt from the breakfast bar. The coffee was good, although I think a little more fresh fruit might have been nice. Kind of boring breakfast, but it does do the trick. I had a king size bed which was nice. I Didn't really get to check out the pool or exercise room.

I checked out of a filthy, smelly hotel and came to Fairfield Inn in Milford. It smelled clean, the room was quiet and clean, and the staff was excellent. The breakfast was great too.
