Upon our arrival, staff was not accommodating. We kept getting interrupted by phones and other guests before our check in was completed. Very inappropriate.

the rooms were very clean and comfortable...........tv worked great...........and bathrooms were also very clean. Nice complimentary breakfast is offered along with newspapers that can be found in the lobby..........I will return! It's clean,comfy and affordable---what more do you want?

Great location and great price
I arrived late and was just looking for a good nights rest and being able to get to a location on Rt. 15 where I needed to set up 20 laptop computers for a class that began at 9 am. It was a great location for getting on Rt. 15 and provided a good breakfast to start my day.

Very good for the price.
I'm a Hilton Diamond member for almost 10 years and normally stay at Hampton Inn's. I would stay here again without hesitation.

Hotel property was very nice Right at three different hwy interchanges Hotel was clean and modern staff was friendly made good restaurant suggestion's food was good plenty of good restaurants close by Had no complaints about this hotel would stay there again would recommend to any one

Great Stay
I was on a trip to visit some friends in the area and had stayed at the Comfort Inn & Suites Meriden before. Once again it was a spacious, clean, and VERY comfortable room. The mini-fridge, flat screen tv, and plush king-size bed made me feel like I was staying in a luxurious suite far more expensive than what I paid for it. Check-in was speedy and efficient, and the staff was very friendly. The convenience of a gas station and Dunkin Donuts on either side of the hotel, both within walking distance (I'm talking 1-2 minutes) is just icing on the cake. The only thing that could make the room better would be microwave.

Comfortable, clean, safe environment
On a whole, I was satisfied with my stay at Comfort Inn and Suites in Meriden, Ct. The room was comfortable and clean. This was a newly renovated hotel with a plasma TV and very comfortable king size bed. The complimentary breakfast was a nice alternative to having to leave the hotel and wait in a restaurant to be served. The staff responded to any requests when needed but could have been more proactive. They waited to be approached and greeted. I wouldn't hesitate to stay at this hotel again.
