Good location and always comfortable!
This hotel is very convenient for to get to, and is always comfortable. Fresh baked cookies upon check-in and delicious cinnabons for breakfast (complimentary breakfast always a plus too!). Friendly and helpful staff, and comfortable sleep in room.

Overall very nice
The room was nice, most of the staff was really great except this one young lady who worked at the front desk. She was quite rude to me and wasn't very helpful with any of my questions. If you took her out of the equation it was a terrific stay.

good experience
We've stayed at this hotel twice now, and the person at the front desk has gone out of his way each time to make us feel welcome and help us out. He printed directions for us for the next day, for example. Our daughter wanted to stay with us, so he gave us a room with a pull-out couch. The only problem was that the pull-out couch was extremely uncomfortable. Breakfast was plentiful! Thank you.

Weekend Convention
This hotel is great for those in town for an event, but it lacks a hot tub and the pool was out of service. The complimentary shuttle to and from the convention center was very useful to us; it was more of a personal taxi than public transportation. The A/C worked well and the hotel was kept in good condition. Once again, this is not a resort style hotel and there is not a lot of places to shop or dine around it, but if you just need a quality place to stay at an affordable rate, then this is a great choice.

Short drive from hotel
a 2 mile drive by highway to the convention center area is a lot quicker than the .5 to 1 mile drive across town to the more expensive hotels.

I will not stay again.
My room was cold. It took more than 3 hours to get maintenance to say the heater was bad. I asked for another room, but none was available. I found later that night the room was cold because the window (top) was open. Room was remodeled but needed a good cleaning. There is no hot water in the mid-morning as the laundry uses it all up. At breakfast, the coffee canisters were all empty = no coffee!

Even though location was not central,
Even though location was not central, the shuttle service more than made up for that. It was like having my own chauffeur (driver). Luis was fantastic. He took me anywhere I wanted to go. I cannot fault any of the staff. I felt so much at home. What a fantastic place to stay.

good accomodations for the price
Good location to the Hartford Convention Center with an accomodating shuttle to the convention. Good price for the area.

Exceelent Experience
We were there to see the Ringling circus which was great as were the accommodations. Fine breakfast.
