Not Recommended

Although the staff was nice and the room was a pretty good size, I would not recommend this hotel to anyone. The environment was unpleasant and it was hard to get get comfortable. I did not like the location and there were people outside till very late at night talking very loudly (that may have just been a bad night). I wish I would have paid an extra $40 to stay at a nicer hotel.

Only good for a quick night stay

Stinky floors and room is average. We had to spent few hours only at the hotel. Will not go again for sure.

Just a Quick Stay

I chose this hotel because it was very close to the venue (Webster Theater) we were seeing a show at. The front desk was very nice when we checked in, the room smelled a little weird but it didn't bother us too much, and the breakfast served was ok. We were hardly in the room and the real selling point of this hotel was the price.

staff not so nice

my check in was good , room was nice . but check out was terrible . they would not give me a receipt for the room. they said i could not have one because I booked using a third party site {cheap tickets} so after a argument I was asked to leave the property or the law would be called with no receipt. so now I have no receipt for work reimbursement .

What can I say... it's a hotel

I purchased as a pkg (flight and hotel) so for the money it was lower than average I'd say and it showed on the inside, breakfast, and internet service. While it's appearance on the outside is nice and a bit deceiving, It's inside shows as old and musty, the elevator is antiquated and the sheet-rock walls are exposed with unfinished door frames and trim in hallways. My room was clean and for the most part very comfortable. the WiFi is something to be desired as it wouldn't stay working and I had to constantly go downstairs for assistance. The breakfast is nothing more than breads and a very small basket of Oranges and Apples. So if you're wanting a more wholesome breakfast you WON'T get it here. I took a bus 1 block up into downtown Hartford where I ate. It's a little out of the way and although the highway is right behind hotel surprisingly it wasn't noisy. All in all it was a hotel... It supplied a clean safe room with hot water fresh towels and coffee in room with a small refrigerator, color TV, and microwave and oh yes extra fluffy pillows... I was grateful for what I had for my stay. PS it won't except my picture to upload here... Karen W

Had a good stay at this DaysInn

The room was comfortable and cleaned daily. The staff was responsive. They helped me with bus schedules that made my visiting Hartford easy. The location was great, only 20 minutes to downtown Hartford. Locally, you can go anywhere on a bus for $1.30. That's the same fair from downtown to the BDL airport. For ~$200 for 3 nights, it was a bargain.

VERY NICE, COMFORTABLE AND CLEAN

During this 8 days, we receive a super clean room, very comfortable and noiseless. It hasn't too much amenities, but we were asking something to sleep comfortable, and Days Inn in Hartford has it! We enjoyed these days too much!!!!

Out of the way

Nice Hotel but out of the way and for first time visitors can be difficult to find. Easy to miss the hotel turnoff on the turnpike.
