Feel at home in this warm and welcoming atmosphere near charming Mystic
The Hilton Garden Inn is just off of Interstate 95 in Groton, midway between New York and Boston. Mystic, with a number of popular attractions and a site for the movie that first brought attention to Julia Roberts, is only a few miles away. Two of the largest casinos in the country are also close, each less than 20 miles away. On-site amenities are just as enticing, including an indoor pool and fitness center. Stop into the Great American Grille for a breakfast buffet, lunch or dinner. Several meeting and conference spaces are also available.
Highlights
  • Guests are offered discounted tickets to the Mystic Aquarium
  • Home of the Connecticut Sun of the WNBA
  • Near USS Nautilus, the first nuclear-powered submarine
Rooms
Classic and traditional, the warm and welcoming rooms at the Hilton Garden Inn Mystic/Groton have every amenity a traveler needs to feel at home. High-quality mattresses fitted with luxury bedding, high-definition, flat-screen televisions with movie channels, MP3 clock radios, and complimentary high-speed Internet access are included in all rooms. Features

With plenty of welcoming amenities and convenience to area attractions, the Hilton Garden Inn Mystic/Groton is a great choice for business, leisure and commuter travelers. Start in nearby Mystic, a great destination for historic entertainment, shopping and dining. Olde Mistick Village combines all three while showcasing life in New England in the 1700s. Mystic Seaport is another great choice, especially the Museum of America and the Sea.

On the other side of the entertainment spectrum are Foxwoods and Mohegan Sun. Seemingly endless shops, restaurants, shows, and games populate both impressive resorts. Not too shabby

The only thing that I woudl change about this hotel is it would offer continetal breakfast complimentary. It was a little expensive to not have that included in the package. I did like the room and the bathroom was really nice. I would stay here again. It is close to all major attractions and everything is about 15-20 minutes away!

Excellent night's stay

Me & my wife stayed here for 1 night while we went to a concert at the Mohegan Sun Arena. The room was spacious & had plenty of amenities. There's a 24 hour snack store in the lobby which came in handy when we got back to the room late. The staff was courteous and friendly. We ordered room service before we left for the concert & the food was outstanding and flavorful. This is definitely a place worth coming back to.

great stay for a weekend at foxwoods

The hotel staff was very nice and helpful. The room was very clean which is important for me. We stayed one night for a Foxwoods trip. It took about 20 minutes to get to the casino, make sure you have a GPS. The directions took us through back roads which didn't seem like the right way, but it was.

Nice Place

The hotel was very nice and clean. The bed and pillows were comfortable and have an adjustment on the mattress. The bathroom door has a closer on it so it always closes behind you which is a bit of an annoyance. In Hotel Dinning was good and worth the money. The staff were all very friendly.
