Great Deal & Convenient Locale!
The rooms are very impressive---large bathroom and sitting/living are too! This hotel is central to everything---huge mall, highway close by, lots of restaurants, etc...It was the perfect stop post-family Christmas party to get some R&R and shopping done. The front desk people are not overly friendly but other than that, I'd highly recommend this hotel. The price is right!

Hotel stay at Farmington
Overall the stay was really good with the exception of TNT ( basic cable channel) not working during All-Star weekend. We called the front desk and they were no help.

Good One Nice One
It was good, but i felt like the customer service represntative( fat Lady) she was kind of a racist. i saw the way she treated other folks compared to me.

Pleasant Experience
We went to Hartford CT to tour the campus of Trinity College. We could have stayed closer to the campus, but we chose the Courtyard based on its proximity to nearby shoping and because we have stayed at other Courtyard hotels and have found them to provide good value and service. This facility proved to be no exception. We plan to stay there on future visits.

Good spot for visiting Wes
The accommodations were spacious enough and clean. I was a little annoyed that the rooms were not very sound proofed and that there were small children who run around booked in the room above me. I always believed that people who have small children should be given lower level rooms. The location was perfect!! It was not too far from the school my son will be attending and perfectly close enough to the many shopping and restaurant places I enjoy being near when I travel away from home.

Fantastic hotel
The moment we walked into this hotel we thought it was a new property, but we learned that it was almost three years old. Everything in our room looked brand new and even had the new smell. We were visiting our son's college and will be returning there and also to this hotel in the fall.
