Really loved with the chic, modern room decor. Breakfast is not included, but the bistro is charming and the coffee good.

Not So Hot
While the hotel was nicely appointed, the fact that there was NO hot water during our entire stay was more than disappointing. The front desk staff failed to tell us that the rooms on our side of the hotel were without hot water and would not have any throughout our stay. There were no available rooms and they failed to offer any compensation. They acted as if our inability to shower was acceptable. Truly disappointing.

What I would expect
Two small gripes. The opening times of the Coffee Bar serving breakfast was not on the information poster in the elevator. It would have been a good place to post them. The pool is small. The fitness room is small but well equipped. Other than that it was what I would expect of the Courtyard, pleasant staff, clean and tidy, elegant decor.

The Hopeless Romantic
Impressive even under construction
I loved the complementary breakfast. It was a lot more than I expected. Other than that, we pretty much wanted to be left alone, and we got exactly that. This was the nicest hotel I've ever stayed in and would definitely go back.
