Americas Best Value Inn

rooms are brand new, you wouldn't expect this at a Best Value Inn but the rooms look just like a Hampton Inn or a La Quinta Inn they even have flat screen TVs. Staff is helpful also. Just need more pillows. Other than that I would recommend to others.

The location is right off the highway. Sits on a hill and gives the impression of being much larger but is not. Beautiful furniture and bedding but only had 2 small pillows that were not great. Trying to watch tv but not comfortable from the bed. Door to bathroom made so much noise it could wake the dead or the sleeping. The toilet was loose on the floor and wobbled around. The door to the outside was so badly hung that air came through and light. The noise at night from the highway was so loud that I think I only slept 2 hours total. Got up and played games on the computer until my husband woke and we left.

If you are looking for a very affordable quick stop this is your place. Nothing spectacular but extremely comfortable for its price. Perfect rest stop and 1 night stays.

this hotel is perfect for travellers on I84 going to and from northeast new england. the rooms have been freshly painted and furnished. the management side is excellent with local information. i will stop here every time i go to connecticut. excellent 5 star hotel. price perfect.

The hotel is located liturally right off of exit 5 on I84 in Danbury. The check in-out was quick and easy. The room was more than I expected with a fridge and microwave. The bathroom looked near new. Overall no issues here. Short drive to all shopping, downtown, and entertainment. Only downside was the bed was a bit hard to sleep on and the pillows werent sufficient.

This was by far the worst hotel experience I have ever had! Check in was supposed to be at 3pm and I arrived just before then. After finally locating the office, which was not marked very vividly, I entered, only to be greeted by the owner, and told to "come back later we very busy right now." I then told her that I wanted a room right now or I would cancel, and she said I couldn't cancel because I had prepaid. So she finally gives me a room key, and doesn't even direct me towards the room. My boyfriend and I finally found the room, which happened to be in the middle of all the loud renovations they were doing. When we finally entered we discovered that the bed was comfy, however we noticed a lot of little bugs crawling around inside. Also the cable sucks...it skips channels even though they come in if you go to them directly, and there is no tv guide. Overall we were VERY unsatisfied with everything and do not plan on EVER staying in ANY Best Value Inn ever again!

I made this reservation after spending 9 nights in the hospital with my grandfather, just needed a place to get away. When I arrived, the appearance was awful and so was the staff. I advised I made a reservation and tried to hand my confirmation to him through a thick plated glass when I was told I had no reservation. He never looked at my paper nor did he check for reservation. I ended up using Hotels . com even though I've always used Hot Wire. I got a 3 star hotel for $2 more!

well at first we are like its simple and cute till we saw a roach!! i'm a country girl and i was like ok if we see any more we are out of here! We didnt see any more but on our second day it was 11:10 and the owner was knocking on the door...its check out time...not a very nice guy either.
