Basic but works

The room was clean and met our needs for an overnight stay. It is close to many restaurants and the ski shuttle. Would have been a great experience except for the pot smoke smell throughout which bothers my allergies.

Just right!

Older property, but VERY clean and excellent condition. Owner very friendly and ready to help with any request. More amenities than the condos... Like fresh towels and daily maid service. Easy drive to winter park skiing. Shuttle also stops in front. Great ski rental next door (about a city block) at Beavers. Cheaper, less crowded better service and better equipment than at the mountain.

Safeway grocery store down the road. Room has microwave and fridge. Stock up for breakfast and lunch.

Value Priced in Winter Park

Wanted place to stay overnight so kids could make lessons at Winter Park. Hotel was spacious, clean, and quiet. If you forgot toileteries, the room was stocked with soap, lotion, and even a razor. There is also a mini-fridge in the room to keep you next day's lunch cold.
