Meadow Ridge offers free shuttle service to the Fraser area.
All guests are required to provide a major credit card at the time of check-in. This credit card will be authorized for the minimum amount of $250.00.
PLEASE NOTE: Check-in location is not at property - please check in in the downtown Winter Park area, at 78415 US Highway 40, Winter Park, CO 80482. Guests arriving after 5 pm should contact 970-726-6280 for late check-in instructions.

great value!
This was a nice place to stay. It would have been great to know that you don't check in at the condos! And the address Orditz has is not found on the GPS. We really enjoyed the stay. Nice pool, the tennis courts were being refinished so we couldn't use them. There is racket ball and indoor basketball that the site didn't tell about. We would have done racketball if we knew! I would recommend these condos.

Spacious area
Nice stocked place with plenty of room. Have to catch the shuttle and ride 15 minutes to change out the towels and get more toilet paper and dish soap. Tried to use the clubhouse pool and hot tub the last night there and there was no passcard in the unit so they refused entrance which was disappointing. Also we arrived very late. We called ahead and was told the key would be in a lockbox there but instead had to travel back into winter park to the main office. The shuttle bus driver was not happy

Our stay in Winter Park @ Meadow Ridge
It was a very nice place, which I was a bit worried about as it depends on the owners as far as the upkeep.(they all have different owners)You have to bring a few items of your own , though - like pot holders, and a scrubber for dishes. The town was beautiful & we decided we will come back.

Convenient Condo
Pretty good place for family relaxation. Good location and nice views. Not fancy or well-decorated, so if you're a traveler who loves a gorgeous room, it's not for you. Could use another sofa or a love seat in the family room. There wasn't enough seating for family TV viewing, etc. On the tiny patio, there were two filthy, plastic chairs, a hose and a torn bag of sand... not very hospitable. Winter Park inself is fantastic, beautiful and laid back in the summer. You can do a lot if that's what you want, or do nothing.

Lots of hiking and biking trails. Winter Park resort has a host of summer activities like Alpine Slide,etc. Rocky Mountain National Park about 30 minutes away.

Family oriented
This condo was in a great location. The amenities were great. The condo needed some updates. The beds were very comfortable. The only problem we had was the cleanliness. The carpet had not been vacuumed and we found trash and dirty socks under the sofa and beds. My son also had a condo and it was updated and very clean. I guess it is just the luck of the draw.
