Hi-Country Haus

Located 2 blocks from Main Street in downtown Winter Park, the Hi Country Haus sits on a 25 acre wooded development. A variety of accommodations range from studios to three bedrooms. This is a great property for families, couples or large groups. All units have a full kitchens, fireplaces, cable TV, VCR or DVD players. The recreation facility is at the center of the property and offers an indoor pool, four hot tubs, game room, laundry facilities, free internet access. During the summer months, enjoy the large sundeck and children's playground area. The free ski shuttle runs through the property during the winter season.

All guests are required to provide a major credit card at the time of check-in. This credit card will be authorized for the minimum amount of $250.00.

PLEASE NOTE: Check-in location is not at property - please check in in the downtown Winter Park area, at 78415 US Highway 40, Winter Park, CO 80482. Guests arriving after 5 pm should contact 970-726-6280 for late check-in instructions.

PLEASE NOTE that the pool and entire clubhouse are undergoing major renovation at this time. The lounge, laundry room and two hot tubs are now re-opened for guest use on the weekends - the pool will be closed until construction is complete in mid-February 2013. Until then, guests may use the nearby Grand Park Community Recreation Center (packed with amenities and facilities like pool, gym, steam room and climbing wall) for a fee. We regret the inconvenience.
