We have stayed in the Winter Park, Fraser, Grandby area multiple times in the last few years. Hi-Country was definitely a keeper. It is far enough up that the train is not a distraction like some of the condos closer to US 40. Indoor pool and hot
tubs were great! Kids loved the pool and parents loved the hot tubs. Our unit was a 2 bedroom. Beds were OK, not super. Clean and check in was easy! I would recommend.

CO Adventures tubing was awesome! Great price, no long lines, had 2 hours of a lot of fun!
Condo outdated (looked like grandma's house). Read reviews from 6 mths ago that said pool was broken but figured it was fixed. No pool or hot tub. Said it had wi-fi but it didn't work. When we called they said they couldn't help us. Fold out couch
was horrible. Could feel every bar in it. Had to sleep on top of couch. MBR bed very comfy. Dont stay in Bldg 20, Room 7!
My 3 friends and I went to Winter Park for a long weekend of skiing. Our stay at HCH was great. Our room was clean and had a nice kitchen. It was close to lots of restaurants. The rec room has a pool table, air hockey, and several arcade games
in addition to a pool and several hot tubs.
Everything was great except there was no WiFi in our room which is amazing in this day and age. Other than that my only complaint is that the Rec center/hot tub didn't open til 10 AM.

Hernando's Pizza is excellent but call for a reservation, they are very busy.
This is the second time staying at this condo. We go with a large group of friends (about 10) and rent two condos. They are spacious, plenty of room for everyone. Not on the main highway so it's a quiet place after a great day on the slopes. The
only complaint would be the hot tubs. Not very clean, lots of foam. There is a shuttle that drives through the complex but we drive our cars to the main lot and catch the gondola. The kitchen has all the amenities needed to cook for a large group. Not sure if the rooms have humidifiers, as we couldn't find them. Will definitely stay here next time we visit Winter Park!
