Located 2 blocks from Main Street in downtown Winter Park, the Hi Country Haus sits on a 25 acre wooded development. A variety of accommodations range from studios to three bedrooms. This is a great property for families, couples or large groups. All units have a full kitchens, fireplaces, cable TV, VCR or DVD players. The recreation facility is at the center of the property and offers an indoor pool, four hot tubs, game room, laundry facilities, free internet access. During the summer months, enjoy the large sundeck and children's playground area. The free ski shuttle runs through the property during the winter season.

All guests are required to provide a major credit card at the time of check-in. This credit card will be authorized for the minimum amount of $250.00.

PLEASE NOTE: Check-in location is not at property - please check in in the downtown Winter Park area, at 78415 US Highway 40, Winter Park, CO 80482. Guests arriving after 5 pm should contact 970-726-6280 for late check-in instructions.

Nice Condo's, walking distance to food and shopping in Winter Park. Quiet locatation and nice pool and hot tubs. Would definately stay here again.

Great Place

My 3 friends and I went to Winter Park for a long weekend of skiing. Our stay at HCH was great. Our room was clean and had a nice kitchen. It was close to lots of restaurants. The rec room has a pool table, air hockey, and several arcade games in addition to a pool and several hot tubs. Everything was great except there was no WiFi in our room which is amazing in this day and age. Other than that my only complaint is that the Rec center/hot tub didn't open til 10 AM.

Hernando's Pizza is excellent but call for a reservation, they are very busy.

Will stay here again!

This is the second time staying at this condo. We go with a large group of friends (about 10) and rent two condos. They are spacious, plenty of room for everyone. Not on the main highway so it's a quiet place after a great day on the slopes. The only complaint would be the hot tubs. Not very clean, lots of foam. There is a shuttle that drives through the complex but we drive our cars to the main lot and catch the gondola. The kitchen has all the amenities needed to cook for a large group. Not sure if the rooms have humidifiers, as we couldn't find them. Will definitely stay here next time we visit Winter Park!
