A lot to be desired

Overall a poor experience. The clerk at the front desk was pre-occupied for most of the night with other things and rarely available to answer questions. The room advertised high speed internet, but you needed to bring your own ethernet cable as they "ran out" when I asked where mine was (no wireless). The best way to describe my room is that it was built and designed like a very cheap apartment. I have stayed in much better hotels for the same price or less. The walls were very thin. I could hear the person in the room next to me coughing and clearing their throat. Probably the most concerning, however, was the general lack of attention to safety. The front desk staff is not there throughout the night, however I found exterior doors left open at all hours. I understand my room is locked, but it allows access to all of the public areas to the general public at will. I travel 1-2 weeks every month for business and have stayed at a wide variety of hotel chains. I will avoid this particular hotel and chain if possible in the future.

Bad, Bad & Bad

low low budget... one pancake or I really mean pillow per person... kitchen consisted of microwave and refrigerator.. air conditioning sounded like a "mack truck" with no cool air. Phone next to bed was not connected..when reported we were told they "know". Internet require a cord..they had none to give out. Bad, bad & bad. They have redefined "low budget". Don't stay here if you do not want to get into a bad mood. Very Bad... and I had to argue [...] to cancel my second night stay. Overall horriable experience..........

Location, Price and Service Excellent!

I arrived at the hotel late, tired and hungry. When I entered the hotel it smelled of freshly baked cookies! The young lady at the front desk was friendly and efficient. In quick time I had my room keys and a couple of warm cookies. She was also kind enough to give me information on several restaurants right across the street and places that deliver. I got a great nights sleep. In a nut shell - The room was very comfortable, staff friendly, location excellent and the price was right!

Hotel Hell

Do not stay at this hotel. The lack of soundproofing between rooms means you hear every word or movement beside and above you. The sheets and towels were dirty. The have a laundry problem of which they are not aware. The air conditioner sounded like a train. This is the worst hotel I have ever stayed in.

Still Working Out The Kinks

This newly opened property needs to work on lots of things. Things weren't looking too good when upon check-in, there was a sign posted at the front desk that reminded guest to hang up their towels to dry as they were out of towels and did not know when they would be getting more in. When I got to my room, there were only two bath towels and a bath rug. No hand towels, no wash cloths, other than the kitchen towel for the mini kitchen. There were two adults in this room, and I have long hair and need to use two towels when I bathe and wash my hair. Very inconvenient! I stayed for four nights and did not get any room cleaning or towel replacement during my entire stay. Needless to say, trash was not emptied and the beds were not made on a daily basis either. In fairness, the room was cheap, and I was close by to where I needed to be. Would I recommend this place for a vacation?, NO.
