Mountainside Inn Rooms

Value/Location
Great value for prime location. Ski-in/walk out very close to chair. At this price you shouldn't expect luxury, but you can't beat the value for this location.

Just seeming run down inside!
Halls with many wall scars, 3 baths we saw all had formica red counters. Dark carpets, dark bed spreads! Vinyl stained flooring in baths. Three rooms had no air conditioning. If you have a bottom room rental the only air in June is the window which then eliminates some privacy. Staff really pleasant and very helpful. Outside apperence is great!

All you need if you come to ski at Telluride
If your first goal is skiing or other outdoor activity, this place is good enough. A clean bed, clean bathroom and a kitchenette to cook your own meal should be all you need. If you look for marbles and stainless steels and you prefer stay in the room for your comfy, classy, relaxing weekend, add $200 per day to your spending plan and find something else.

Clean, affordable room
Traveled to Telluride on motorcycles. Scenery was great and the hotel was sitting on the bank of the river and only a short walk along the river to a Gondola that took us across to Mountain Village. Hotel was not fancy but very clean and comfortable. I would love to stay there in the winter and see the snow.

Good Value
Good Value, good location 5 min walk from the Gondola. Free parking. This is basic affordable lodging for a family that is looking for basic affordable lodging in a town that is somewhat expensive. Had an small issue with stove but Tim the onsite Tech was awesome and fixed it right away. I was a little a bit taken back that they don't do daily housekeeping unless you pay $16 but I guess that is what you get at the cheapest place in town.

great kitchenette
When we arrived, the lobby was closed. Luckily, another couple had arrived just before us and gave us information about how to find our key. The hostess who was not on the grounds called back immediately. I loved the kitchenette, which allowed us to eat in after a long day in the sun or when we took shelter from a rainstorm. I found out about an outdoor seating area when I was checking out. More communal seating would be nice. The location was wonderful and we enjoyed our walks to the center of town along the river trail. The staff was very accommodating and pleasant. Maid service occurred only once a visit, which I was unaware of until our second day. Overall, a very pleasant experience.
