The Phoenix at Steamboat

The Phoenix at Steamboat is located just across the street from the ski area on Apres Ski Way. These Steamboat Springs condominiums are beautifully furnished and offer floor plans from spacious four bedroom layouts to smaller, elegant two bedroom condominiums. The clubhouse at The Phoenix features a guest lounge with pool table, card tables, T.V., gas fireplace and even a large screen movie projection theater. This is considered one the finest locations in Steamboat Colorado for families, ski clubs/groups, reunions or business retreats. The Phoenix is close to all that the Steamboat Ski Area has to offer and provides complimentary Winter shuttle service. Check-in is at 4pm and check-out is at 10am. 24 hr Check-in service is located at 2150 Resort Drive, Suite 100. Minimum age required at check-in is 21. Please have your confirmation number and a valid ID. In lieu of a $250 Security Deposit authorization hold on a credit card at check-in, guests have the option to purchase a Security Deposit Waiver that will cover for accidental damages up to a maximum of $5000.00, for a nominal one time fee of USD $29.00. There are no cleaning fees for stays of 3 nights or more. The following cleaning fees will be collected upon check-in for all two night stays - 2 bedroom - USD 35.00, 3 bedroom ?
