Convienent but below average

The hotel is very convienent for skiing but, the hotel needs some work. We were woke up the first morning with water dripping down from the vent in the bathroom onto the toilet and then had to listen to the toilet running about every 15 or 20 minutes even after it was supposedly fixed. Housekeeping left a lot to be desired, they made the bed like a three year old would, pull the comforter up and throw the pillows on. They didn't replenish coffee cups and we even ran out of toilet paper. Was charged $20.00 a day for two bottles of water, which we used, shuttle service and internet, which we did not use, and free local and toll free phone calls, which we were still charged for a toll free call.

Fantastic!

Great ski in/ski out location! A spa in the hotel for a post ski massage would have been nice. But all in all, great experience. New renovations increased the experience!

Great Hotel!

What a fabulous hotel. We went during off season so it was nice and quiet. The hotel staff was very nice and helpful, and the shuttle service into town was great! Went the the Strawberry Hot Spring would definitly recommend going there (nude after dark). Also hit up an amazing brunch place called creek side cafe it was delicious! The hotel made it a great girls weekend trip!

Nice spot

Rooms were great - nice beds! Loved the voucher for food given if you opted out of having your room cleaned that day. Nice comfy robes supplied. Refrigerators in all rooms were great!Laundry rooms available. The first room I was given had a horrible location but when I politely asked if something else was available I was switched to a fantastic spot. Ask for an odd numbered room!

Sheraton Steamboat Resort

Rooms OK, bad view(roof), Staff good, Hidden charges with resort fees paid an extra $50+ that were unplanned. I might have stayed somewhere else. Very expensive food and drinks at hotel, not totally unexpected at a chain like Starwood.
