Through June 13, Sunday-Friday 7 am - 7 pm, Saturday 7 am - 11 pm
Guest checking in must be at least 21 years of age. No boats, trailers, or RV's.
Note that we require a $100 refundable deposit. This deposit is payable upon check in by cash or credit card hold. Upon check out this deposit is refunded less any incidental or damage charges.
Please note: Resort fee of $3.99 per day must be paid directly to property upon check-out - it is not included in your pre-paid booking. This Resort Fee inludes: unlimited local calls, 30 mins Domestic long distance, business center access (fax, copier and Internet access - this does not include in-room wireless access), in-room safe, crib/rollaway (limited availability) and self parking.

Good place to stay in Steamboat
The place was comfortable and spacious. The location was great. There was easy access to downtown and the mountain. The room was clean and quiet. For the price it was more than adequate. We would stay there again.
