Good Location
We only stayed here for 2 nights but it was fine. Other than the A/C being loud (which seems to be the norm at most hotels) this hotel fit the bill. The price was average and it was in a good location to the mountain and surrounding activities. The sink was outside of the bathroom which is something we like. The toilet/tub area was a little tight but other than that it was clean. Would stay here again.

Short drive from hotel
For a nice easy hike but beautiful view go to Fish Creek Falls. It is off of 3rd Street. The hike is paved so it is good for strollers or wheel chairs.

Very clean and proper. Quiet, they even have quiet hours which is very handy in a resort town where teens and college-aged people can party all night. I would certainly stay here again. Breakfast was not as good as other similar hotels, but sufficient.

weekend getaway
Great Value
Nice beds-they went with 17in pillowtops. very comfy after a day riding. The pool and hot tub were ruled by kids during the day but empty at the end of the day. Having the pool inside is nice on a windy day. the free bus stops right out front or get on the Core trail across the street and ride into town.

Rex's American grill in the hotel next door was excellent and they had live music on the patio.

Steamboat Snow Blitz
Clean, quiet and the room was very well appointed. The continental breakfast was adequate. The pools/ hot tubs were clean and functional. Liked the big screen TV. Free transit access to Mt. Werner, Steamboat Springs and our snowmobile tour were available front door.

Bus shuttle to slopes picks up and drops off right at Motel every 20 minutes.

Basic but OK
The service was good. We were allowed to check in very early (at about 9:30 am). We had a room with a window that faced the highway, and it was noisy. The breakfast was good for a free breakfast; there were eggs & sausage in addition to bagels, cereal, juice & coffee. The pool was very small, and the hot tub was out of order.

Snowboarding mom
Nice place for the family, good deal
The room was a good size for our family. The beds were very comfortable and the front desk staff was excellent and helpful. The pool and hottub were terrific and clean. The room was a bit dirty (dirty walls, needed vacuuming) and smelled like a smoking room even though it was supposed to be non-smoking. We were only given 2 towels each day despite booking a room for 4 people, had to request extra towels at the front desk each day of our stay. Overall, the price of the room was a bargain for this town, and we really enjoyed our stay here.

We loved the free bus line in front of the hotel which dropped us right off at the gondola. We really enjoyed our weekend!
