Ski Fun
Hotel was clean and the staff was very helpful. Nothing fancy - but was comfortable. Last hotel on the highway - a little to far from everything for me. Next time, I would pay extra to be a little closer.

Great Stay
It was my first time to steam boat. And I wanted to take my girlfriend to the hot springs for a relaxing weekend. The hotel was perfect, staff was all very friendly. Room was great, and was just a perfect getaway. Just make sure you drive perfect in town. The cops there search out tourist. BEWARE!!

A winner- great place for a fair price
The Steamboat Fairfield was very clean with nicely appointed rooms and great maid service. The continental breakfast was the best ever and in a clean and well serviced dining room. The staff and manager were extremely helpful and friendly. Free transportation to the gondola and back. Free city bus service in front of the hotel-no car needed. The wirlpool and pool and exercise room keep the muscles in shape for the next day This one is a winner on all counts. I will be staying here on all my trips to The Boat!

Take the bus downtown for a broad selection of good resturants. Ask the staff-they live there and know where to go.

The hotel was great, it was in a great location near the ski runs and downtown. The hotel was clean and cozy. There is so much to do in Steamboat springs, and the hotel knew about all of them. This was a great hotel.

Fine Hoteel, great breakfast, super help
we ski'd every day-they had a super skiers breakfast and transportation back and forth to the mountain. Quiet ,great help,nice pool and hot tub- would definatelt recommend and go back

Awesome Steamboat
The Fairfield Inn was a very comfortable and convenient place to stay. It was great having breakfast available and coffee was available 24 hrs. The pool and hot tub were nice even though we didn't use them. All activities will provide door to door shuttle service. The dogsledding trip was great (cannot be missed). The ski area is 5 minutes away and everyone was very friendly. We'll be back!

Short drive from hotel
Take the shuttle to Strawberry Park Hot Springs. Don't try and drive there in the winter. If you break down it's not pretty. Shuttle service is pricey, but worth it.

Great Location for the price
We wanted a place to stay after a snowshoeing day in Steamboat. The staff here was very personable, nice and friendly. They were very helpful with suggestions for restaurants etc (we stayed on Christmas Eve). The room was comfortable, clean and quiet.

Eat at the local brewery. The food was delicious and not your "normal brew-pub fare".
