Wildwood Lodge

A good place to stay if you don't want a condo. Close to everything, a good breakfast buffet. We had a great time.

For the price and quality, it paid dividends in savings to shop around! [...]I was exactly where I wanted to be with all the amenities nearby and majestic views from the hotel balcony!

Good location steps from the slopes of snowmass. Hotel is a little dated, but staff were attentive and fairly accommodating. They don't really tell you, but if you call down they will deliver bathrobes and beach towels for the pool to your room. As the second cheapest option when I checked **Other travel website that sounds like canoe**, this really was what we were looking for - no nonsense, close to the mountain, free buffet breakfast, and hot tubs and pools. [...] Oh, last point, parking is an additional $28 per week, but that's for a pass valid throughout snowmass, so a fairly good deal...

Ideal location for all you want to do. Only inconvenience is that the lobby desk is closed and all services are handled by the Silvertree Hotel next door, which they do and excellent job at. The hotel dinning room is also closed for evening meals. They do serve breakfast in another room off the loby. Same breakfast the use to serve in their regular dinning room, which is very good.

I was disappointed that the Wildwood Lodge would not refund any of my reservation when I had a Family medical emergency.

We ended up being put in a room at the Silvertree Hotel, which is managed by the same company and is right next door to the Wildwood Lodge. Our room was fantastic, including a beautiful patio which was great for our dog. The beds were very comfortable and the room was clean. Located right next to the Snowmass Village mall with plenty of restaurant options and shopping.

I did not spend alot of time in the room. But I did sleep there. There was no air-conditioning and the fan that was provided was very noisy. We had to open the window and there was no screen. That is a security problem.

Location is great, very close to venues and amenities in Snowmass. Busing very ideal. Very comparable pricing.

This hotel is RIGHT next to the Snowmass Convention Center. I mean, right next to it. Our room was probably 50 feet from the convention center tent, where there was a 8 hour wedding reception when we stayed. It was loud and went until 11 pm. Our son couldn't sleep. Also, the kitchen for the Snowmass Convention Center has a vent that blew food smells directly in the direction of our room all day after 3 pm. My mom stayed down the hall and got locked out of her room because her key stopped working. The pool was closed, so was the restaurant, but that's okay since it was shoulder season. The Silvertree Hotel, where we checked in, would have let us use their pool. On the bright side, the location was great, just walk down the steps and you're in the Snowmass mall. If you want the absolute cheapest place in Snowmass, this is it. But expect to get what you pay for.

Very comfortable lodging. Amenities were nice. Did not use pool, fitness center, etc. Restaurant is top notch. Was there for business, so was not in my room for any length of time, but found the accommodations comfortable for the length of time I was there.
