could not use my oxygen concentrator as I could not carry it up the stairs to my room as it is too heavy for me to do that. This motel needs an elevator!!! The continental breakfast left something to be desired! Dried up donuts and bagels. Room was clean and bed was confortable.

Nice stay, Friendly staff
My family and me had a dog show there in Pueblo the front desk lady [...] was superb in accomidating us in any way form and fashion.We would gladly stay at this place again and again if the need be. great for kids and pets as well, spa and swimming poll was to our likingas well as for the kids. Take microwaveable fods plus there is a refrigerator in all rooms we stayed at.

while there was not an elevator the rooms were clean and the grand daughter enjoyed the pool also the beds were comfortable

Quiet, clean location
We were in town to attend a family funeral. The following day, we visited with family members and did a little shopping at the Pueblo Mall. There were several restaurants in the vicinity.

Sad to Say
Sad to say this was the worst Super 8 experience we have ever had. The rooms were not very clean - mold in the shower and the air conditioner blew hot air all night even on the 2nd night after we complained and asked for it to be repaired while we were out the 1st day. Also even though we put out our "Do Not Disturb" door hanger the maid came by both mornings banging on the door and even opening it and coming in at 7:30 to 8:00 am which really irritated my wife as we were out late both nights at her family reunion close by. It' a shame because all of our previous stays at Super 8 have been just fine. We don't expect the moon at Super 8 knowing it is a budget place but when you ask for something to be fixed and get nothing..... and a little common courtesy when you put out the "Do Not Disturb" sign would be nice.
