YUCK!!!

We're all adults and we all know what goes on in hotel rooms, but having unidentifiable white stains on the bedspread is unacceptable. My wife noticed the stains, which could have possibly been something else, and we were able to switch rooms only to find more stains in the new room!!! If not for the level of exhaustion I was experiencing, we would have cancelled the room and gone across the street to a more expensive hotel. Instead, we just put the disgusting bedspread on the floor and used our own blankets to keep warm with for the night. This, along with uncleaned, mildewy mini-fridges, a TV that didn't have volume on half the channels, and a clueless food ordering service made for a pretty stressfull night. The front desk clerk was as helpful as she "could be" and made sure we got a small discount. Will not be staying here again!

Excellent Staff

I checked in around 2am on Monday morning the desk clerk; Ethan was very, very helpful..showed us where to go during the week we are staying there and told us about breakfast. He gave us an excellent rate due to a family emergency and we were satisfied with the outcome! The breakfast gentleman was very nice, and Ethan was nice enough to help him out. When I come back, Im definatley asking for Ethan!

Don't believe what they say

Called morning of my stay to inquire about pool and they said it was open. When we got there it was closed and being drained. Room smelled bad. A lot of mold in bathroom. Could hear everything from the other rooms, next to us and below us. Coffee was good. Not in a good location. Hard to get back to highway. Will never stay here again.

Ramada Inn Pueblo Review

The location was super convienient (right by the interstate, a convenient store, Starbucks and multiple restaraunts)! Hot breakfast was out by 6:00 a.m. and the rooms were clean and quiet. Hotel staff was very friendly and curtious. We are planning on staying there again for our next clinical rotation..(we are nursing students)!

Don't expect what you order.

This Ramada does not have any Queen size beds (thats what we were expecting) When we asked to hotel to find a solution the night clerk gave us a room with one king bed and the ajioning room with two doubles (at one extra cost). When we checked out the manager demanded that we pay for the extra room. When I refused they started blaming the employee who was kind to give us the room and fired her. After I told the manager that the [...] shows queen size beds, she kept blamming everone else insted of taking responsibility for the problem. I will never stay here again.
