Great price and good location.
The hotel is well located, just next to IHOP and Starbucks. The pricing is very competitive and the room conditions are typical of comfort inn, with complimentary breakfast which are quite comprehensive with waffles, muffins, apple juice etc.

Overpriced and Mediocre.
Room was clean and adequate. Price was excessive for a very average room. Breakfast bar was below average. Staff were capable, and when asked to do something, would do so. There was no sense of being welcome at the hotel; seemed like they were doing you a favor to let you stay there. Would not stay there again as dollar value for quality of stay ratio was not favorable to client.
