Excellent value, nice room, great staff. My only complaint was the rooms heater, it was either stifling hot, or uncomfortably cold. The blankets were not sufficient to make it through the night with no heater...

Three days
Clean quite, good breakfast. Close to shopping, food. 20 miles to Ridgway, 35 to Ouray two places you must see.

We visited Montrose, Colorado to see a sick friend. I was very disappointed by the franchise holder of the Quality Inn where we stayed. He was very rude to his employees in front of us, and had his 2 minor daughters working the desk. The bathrooms on the first floor by the pool were dirty and the bathroom in our room ran slow until it clogged upon us. The members of our party who stayed in the other room we acquired could not lock the door. When reported the owner did not change their room but said he'd change the lock. He never did. I've stayed at much better Best Western Hotels and there is one in Montrose. I suggest you book your clients there. In booking, we really would like to have had a breakdown of the hotel/air charges. We know now that the Quality Inn was not a good deal at any price, but we don't know how much per night we paid as it was in the package of $1800.+ Sorry for the bad review. Hope improvements happen. The Ybarras

the Stone House is the very best restaurant in Montrose. They have wonderful servers and a wonderful atmosphere. Delicious meals.

handicapped room only had one queen size
We need a larger bed or two queen beds in a handicapped room. We knew Comfort Inn has only one queen sized bed in their handicapped rooms but thought Quality Inn was an up grade.

Good Quality for the price
Comfortable and good quality for the price. The Manager, [...] was impressive with his customer service attitude. It seemed like he worked 24/7.

Not too bad for the price
Not a bad hotel for the price, but it could have been better. Lobby area seemed messy and staff was ok. Not super friendly and did not seem to appreciate my business.
