Value Place is an extended-stay hotel. Our rates are priced for a minimum one week stay, and are not adjusted to a daily rate if the stay is less than one week. When your stay goes into the next week, another weekly rate is charged. However, even though many people decide to stay with us for months, many guests staying less than one week find us less expensive than traditional hotels. Room fees and a 100.00 USD refundable deposit are due at time of arrival. The 100.00 USD deposit is charged upon move in even if the room is placed on a credit card hold. Deposit is refunded at move out pending no damages or owed charges. Front desk hours of operation are Monday-Friday 9AM-6PM, Saturday 10AM-2PM and closed Sunday. After hours move-in must call extension 500 and the security guard will be paged to assist guests. Enjoy your stay in a clean, safe, and economical environment.

Good deal if your up for it.

The outside is very nice in fact the desk clerk said it was only 3 years old. when we checked in they gave us a checklist ( just like when you rent a car. ) we had to go to our room and check everything off the list they provided that we thought looked damaged or in bad shape. because if we didn't and they saw something that they thought looked like we damaged it we would not only be charged for the damage and we wouldn't get our mandatory 100.00 security deposit back. They also only gave us (1) roll of toilet paper for the week! we had to buy our own after that. They gave us (2) towels (2) washcloths and (1) bath mat and if we wanted fresh towels we had to pay $7.00 for the week so we could exchange our used for laundered. without the $7.00 we would have had to re-use our towels for the whole week. and last but not least... the desk is only open from 9 to 6 m-f 10-5 on sat. and closed on sundays. they give you an after hours number but they never answer that line. Don't get me wrong the place is good for the right circumstance but not for a vacationing family.
