Excellent getaway

Hotel staff was very accomodating. Room was very clean. Full breakfast every morning was awesome. Dinner Mon-Thurs. was a definite plus when you don't feel like going out to dinner in the evening. Pool and hot tub was nice for the whole family to relax.

Disappointed

We have stayed at Homewood Suites across the country and this one was below standard. The room safe didnt work, toliet didnt work the first night, wall paper peeling in the bathroom, elevators worked on and off for the two weeks we were there, it took 6 hours to get towels, rooms not cleaned until 3 pm on average. The night and weekkend staff were unresponsive to complaints, but day manager and maintenance manager worked very hard. Pool is incredibly small it is not full size (not good for kids) We will not stay here again, there are better values for the money.
