Please Note: Vail Resorts Lodging Company has partnered with the National Forest Foundation to support projects that improve and enhance the White River National Forest. Condo Registration:
1. Take I-70 to exit #205 at the Silverthorne/Dillon exit.
2. Travel East on Highway 6 for 6.2 miles to Keystone Resort and the Keystone traffic light.
3. Continue 1.5 miles past the traffic light and turn right on Gondola Road.
4. Follow Gondola Road to the right 300 yards and turn left on Ida Belle Drive.
5.Take first right on Dercum Drive and follow the square around to the left.
6.River Run Front Desk is located on the East side of the circle inside Buffalo Lodge at 100 Dercum Square, Keystone, CO 80435.
River Run Front Desk is open 7am-11pm 7 days a week. If you plan to arrive outside of these hours please check in at the Inn at Keystone, located on the south side of Hwy 6 at 23044 US Hwy 6. For EARLY check-in, please call (970)496-4000 the day of arrival.
Please note a Resort Fee of $15 plus tax per night will be collected by the Front Desk when the guest is at the property. The Resort Fee covers Granola Bars; Resort Transportation; Business Services at the condominium front desks (Fax, Copier, Printer, etc); Coffee service at the desks and in the room; Hot Chocolate at the desks; Sun Screen Packets; 24 Hour Guest Services; Wireless Internet Services; Post Cards and post card mailing; Parking; Local Calls.

- These rooms are approximately 800-1250 square feet with two bedrooms and two bathrooms. Each room has spectacular view of the mountains surrounding Keystone. Condos include a dining area, fireplace, kitchen with stone-tile floor, iron, ironing board, phone, humidifier, coffee maker, safety deposit box, cable TV, wake up call service, voicemail service, 24-phone operator, and hot tub and pool access.
- One Bedroom Deluxe Condo
- These rooms are approximately 535-1040 square feet with one bedroom and a bathroom. Each room has a spectacular view of the mountains surrounding Keystone. We loved the condo. Great fireplace, adequate kitchen and close to the gondola. Staff was always pleasant and helpful. The elevator in the building was extremely slow, but bareable. Overall it was a lovely place to stay, and i would stay there again and recommend it to my friends. it is too bad there aren't any local shops in the village. It seems the rent may be too high for small local businesses to locate there. I was disappointed.

Short drive from hotel
Buy your groceries in Dillon. There isn't a regular grocery store in Keystone, and what is there is very pricey. The City Market in Dillon has a great selection of cheese, bread and meats. We saved alot eating in the condo and packing lunches for skiing.

Lodge lobby had pool table and comfy couches, fireplace and TV. Spa excellent, Ski lockers right by entrance from slopes. Elevators were quick. Clean! Easy walk to gondolas, ski school, ski rentals, shops and restaurants. Fun, family friendly!!!

Family on ski trip 2012
Cant beat location!
Perfect River Run location. Next door to ski school and equipment rental store. Good size condo with nice patio area. Nice people, very responsive. Only down side was the furniture was dated - sofa had torn cushion and a funky smell. But not a big deal because night skiing wore us out and we were too tired to care. Gondola only a short walk. Easy to get to underground parking and first floor storage locker.

Grocery store in River Run had all we needed for cooking in the condo. Lunch off the slopes was a major money saver. Given how close the condo is to the slope you waste almost no time!

Great place to stay to ski
Room was better than I expected. Very clean, very nice. TVs could use a little updating (could save lots of space by upgrading to a flat panel), but other than that, no complaints.

Location, Location but quality differs
You're not renting a specific unit or type of room. They are mostly owned and rented out so each condo is a bit different in terms of furnishing, size and location. Overall, River Run is the place to be in Keystone. Problem is you never know what you're going to get. If the resort is slow, you'll probably get a great condo. If the resort is very busy, you may get something less than expected.

River Run Condo review
I have stayed in Keystone on several occasions. These rooms are in a great location!!! Keystone is always beautiful. This room is smaller than most condo's that I have stayed in but it was clean and suited our needs. In comparison it was small but you get what you pay for!

Buffalo Lodge condo
Excellent room and amenities. MAJOR PROBLEM: no humidity control in the building/condo. There was a small toy humidifier in the room which was totallty inadequate. Even with this humidifier it was terrible uncomfortable to sleep and breath. WOULD NOT EVER return during winter months unless better equipment was available to controll dryness.
