Great staff, very poor food
The staff is wonderful. The room was good, but it is a little strange to have a dressing area outside the bath with no door between. The closet is in that area so a door between would be better. The food was an embarrassment in our experience, not even close to the priices they charge. Since there are not other restaurants within walking distance, I cannot recommend this hotel.

Enjoyed my stay
I stayed in the main lodge. I thought the room was appointed nicely with down comforters and pillows. The bathroom had high quality toiletries. The room had a nice blend of rustic pine and modern elements. The big balcony and view were great. The small lake at one end of the lodge is beautiful, with a few restaurants and shops around it. I didn't use the pool, but it looked very nice from my view. The staff was very helpful and friendly. The only negatives I can think of were the shower only had lukewarm water in the morning, and the rooms don't have air conditioning. I was here for a conference, but it's definitely a place I would look forward to coming back with my family.

There's a spa that just opened in the nearby town of Dillon called Corpus Sanus. It's in an unassuming shopping center, but don't let that fool you. Inside it's a very peaceful environment, and the services are about half the price of the lodge's spa.

Pretty Good
visited over a holiday weekend during ski season and got a last minute reservation. Rooms are nice and beds are pretty good, restaurant is nice and service all around was great. A good buffet downstairs for breakfast but pricey. The spa was packed but what you'd expect in the heart of the ski area. The free valet parking was a nice adder. I'd stay there again.

Nice Hotel, restaraunts had much to be desired
The hotel and staff were impressive. Dinner - The steakhouse had a good reputation, but took us 4 tries at the wine menu until they had one of our selections. The steak was seared on the outside and "raw" in the center. The was staff was trying and comped the steak without asking. Breakfast. Nice location and atmosphere. Ordered the buiscuits and gravey, the gravey was not much thicker than soup, my guests egg poached eggs were over cooked. Too bad, everything else was great, but need a Hotel that cooks well for the price you pay at these places......but on that note, the bar was great.

Excellent place to say close to slopes
Been looking for a place that's good for weekend getaways that has nice rooms, good price, close to slopes and spa for my wife. Keystone lodge has it all! My wife is very much a hotel snob, but loved the room and amenties.

I hate resort fees because they never give you anything that you can use when traveling for vacation. However, Keystone Lodge includes valet parking and shuttle to the slope that drops you right at the gondola. You can even check your skis overnight for no charge right at the slope.

A real resort, at hotel prices
This place is really beautiful, with all the amenities I'd expect from a Rock resort. the only sticking point is the location, which is about two miles from the keystone gondola. It wasn't a problem for us because (1) it's much quieter than at the village and (2) the shuttle actually takes you to within 100 feet of the gondola while the other hotel shuttles drop you at the parking lot where you have to walk 5-7 minutes to get to the lifts. Service is impeccable and the restaurants are great.

Short walk from hotel
There is a convenience store on the first level, next to the skating rink and fire pit. It has lots of things you're likely to run out of.

lackluster
I stayed for 20 minutes. Keystone was dead as it was mud season. As a native of CO, I understood that and just wanted to enjoy the resort. Namely, at least sit in a hot tub and unwind after the drive. I was informed on check in that the pool and hot tub closed at 5pm along with the spa. At a "resort hotel?" Where there is nothing else to do but eat in one of the dining areas? Please. I asked to check out, but there was literally nowhere else to go. So they did upgrade me into a condo...with hot tub. Great condo, but as it was mud season carpet was being ripped out of the unit above, and it was thrown out of an open window down into the parking lot. As for the hot tub, I never used it. Painters were working around it, and I didn't find it relaxing to soak as they worked. Ask lots of question.

Fabulous Hotel
This hotel was a wonderful choice for our family Spring Break trip! The hotel is very nice and the staff was very helpful! I loved that we had a patio and the room was very comfortable. The hotel offers a shuttle that will take you right to the gondola which was super helpful to get our son to his first snowboarding lesson on time. We also enjoyed the spa at the hotel. The massage was absolutely wonderful! The only thing we were disappointed in was when we called they said the pool was indoor and outdoor. What it really was, was an outdoor pool and you swim under a "flap" to get indoors in which you step out of the pool.

Simply Amazing
We went here for our honeymoon and were just blown away at how friendly the staff was. The Lodge and Spa is beautiful, our balcony view was breath taking, and the valet parking staff went above and beyond. We did wish the rooms had a mini fridge though. We did a couples massage at the spa and got a free foot soak, the people at the spa were also very friendly. One night the lodge sent us free champagne and chocolate covered strawberries! I hope we can go back every year for our anniversary!
