The smoking & non-smoking rooms are on the same floor so the whole floor stank. Couldn't walk down the hallways without gagging on the stench. Even the room stank. Half of the machines in the gym are broken. The jacuzzi was cold when we arrived. Only one computer for guests which was occupied constantly. Had trouble finding it as it is hidden behind other buildings & no readily visible sign on the road. Definitely would not return.

Good family atmosphere
Room was very excellent in cleanliness except for the bathroom toilet. They left it dirty for two days before it was cleaned after we reported it to management. Overall, it was a pleasant hotel. We were visiting family so it was centrally located for that. The staff were very courteous. We'd recommend it for the price. We'll use it again when we return for a visit

For excellent mexican food, we'd recommend Armadillos at the corner of Wadsworth/belleview.

You get what you pay for
The furnishings are a bit outdated at this hotel, but overall it worked for us. There's an indoor pool and an excellent free breakfast every morning!

Unexpectedly pleasant
We checked in after having made a reservation, and when we got to the room the cleaning had not been made. The manager was incredibly nice: to make it up to us she moved us to a great suite. Staff has been so friendly to us, they helped in every way they could. We were initially supposed to spend 3 nights in Denver and ended up staying 5. We would not miss this place for anything in the world anytime we are around Denver again.

Drive around the small roads in the Rocky Mountains. We made the stunning encounter of a mountain lion which lazily walked across the dirt road 40 yards in front of us.

Friendly Affordable Hotel
Great front desk people during day, night desk person spent to much time away from desk doing personal "seamstress" work in dining area. Would have been nicer but had to complain on day 5 and 6 that housekeeping was not cleaning room or making beds. Great breakfast, great pool and lounging patio. Great experience with exception of following: housekeeping. TV way to small and channels lack choices and line up on card in room did not go along with actual channels, gaming and movie tv in room should be free to expensive to use. Hotel location was perfect for our stay close to Denver and metro areas. Stay would be more enjoyable if better daily housekeeping, bigger tv and gaming tv should be free. Did enjoy fact there was free internet.

"Fantastic family getaway"
Very nice, especially the pool, game area. We always enjoying staying in the DTC. Rates are always good, close to entertainment and shopping and it's just a 20 minute drive back into Denver.
