Not bad for last minute stop

We tried most of the hotels in Grand Junction that night & they were either full or only had queen beds. The room was fine but the patio door was broken & breakfast was cold by 8 am. The halls had a peculiar smell but all-in-all, it worked for what we needed which was a place to sleep for a few hours

Not the best comfort

Our room was clean but it was very cold. We turned on the heater but it took a few hours for the room to warm up. We ended up wearing sweatsuits to bed. On the 2nd day, our room was not cleaned; the beds were not made and the towels were left on the floor. When I called the front desk she said they only had one person show up to clean and she couldn't finish... Totally unacceptable! Breakfast area was not clean. Half n half packets had leaked and dried up at the bottom of the plastic bin. We ate pre-packaged items. All in all, our savings were not worth it!

Good trip stop

We stopped here on our trip to Breckenridge. The location was pretty good, about a 10 minute drive to the main shopping area (target, sears, barnes and noble) and restaurants (buffalo wild wings, apple bees, etc). The parking was great, very close to the room (nice when its snowing and you're freezing!) I think it was a pretty good room, no complaints at all except we were just a little cold because the heater wasn't kicking out much heat (could have just been a fluke) I would definitely recommend it, it's safe, convenient, clean and comfortable, and is in a convenient location! (And the price is realllllly good!)

Underwhelmed...again

I have stayed at 3 different Ramada hotels. Each time has been either "Not Good", or worse. For this reason, I go out of my way to stay at other hotels. Unfortunately staying at another hotel was not an option this time - so I was stuck at Ramada again. The great news is that the staff at this location were very friendly. That's where the "good" ended. The room was very, very dirty. The bed was The room was severely out of date (as was the rest of the hotel). The breakfast was bad with a very limited selection - even for a hotel "continental" breakfast. I would not recommend this hotel.

Worst hotel ever

No elevator & traveling w/family--tough to carry suitcases upstairs; front desk @ check-in said no 1st floor available. Bathroom sink, tub & mirror had prior guest's messes including hair; stains on bedspreads; worn linens; holes in drapes; 1 of 2 phones didn't work; other's garbage in ice bucket. Nothing resolved--lousy customer service.
