Night on the Road
The hotel was located close to the freeway and was easy to locate. Upon our arrival we were greeted by a friendly young woman who helped us and directed us at places to eat, depending on our food of choice. The rooms were very clean. For the money, the location was good, the staff friendly, and the rooms clean. Would use again on another road trip. Even on checking out at about 3:30 am the young man on staff was quite friendly.....

A night with no sleep.
The hotel in general seemed old and run down. There were a couple of upgrades in the bathroom. The absolute worst part was the bed. which is why you go to a Motel in the first place. I think the mattress has been in that room since it was built. Not only was it lumpy but it sagged in the middle and the construction was completely broke down. I would not recommend staying here to anyone.

Ummm, ok.
The floors were all wooden, the bed was nothing less of a piece of plywood with a mattress pad on top, wireless cost 2.99 to use, and there were no shampoo/conditioner available.

Worst motel in long time
I had to get moved to another room because the A/C did not work. The next room, the A/C worked the first day then didnt the rest of the stay. I didnt want to be moved again. The floors are not level, the bathroom door had to be held open with a trash can, the water out of the faucet in the bathroom are too soft, the beds were not comfortable-dipped in the middle and it did not have drawers to put clothes in. The housekeeping for the rooms need more attention than two days in a week! The swimming pool is closed too early! This is got to be the worst experience I've had with a motel in a very long time!

Walk the great trails on the mesas in the State Park. The Dinosaur Museum is very interesting in Fruita CO.

Along the road
One night only and probably never again. Travel in summer means it's smarter to have a reservation before arrival at a stopover. As we drove around the next day we saw that there were many better and maybe even less expensive options for lodging in Grand Junction. Certainly spartan (no shampoo, lotion, etc.) but the room was clean and the staff friendly. The bed was hard as a rock...there was a lot of commotion the night we were there...overall, not anything I'd like to do again.

Good price for location
Stayed here on my way out after a week of mountain biking and camping. Needed a real bed, shower and quite place to sleep. All were pretty good. Modern room, decent bed. Shower was very small ( I am 5'9" and 160lbs) and is the only real complaint I have. 4 stars bc this is a good place for the money. Right next to the airport, friendly worker a the desk. Clean room.

Great find!
This is a great little motel. It was clean, the staff was really great and it was easy to have my dog with me. The bed was even comfortable!!! The price made it the best deal ever. I have friends in Grand Junction and will be using this place a lot in the future.
